When I started
Today! I'm am going to start with some videos and talk to friends about it and see how things go.
How I started
My flexibility is terrible and my stress levels are pretty high at the moment, I'm told Yoga is a great way to deal with both of these issues.
I started when I was in school.
Forced into it, but quickly became a fan of playing the game although never really had any interest in watching the game.
Why I love it
My father was the coach of a soccer team and I think it was to be a rebel in the early days, but the all-in mentality appeals to me.
How I stay motivated
Sadly I haven't played for many years, but I want to get back and start playing once I think my body is ready for that kind of abuse.
The beginning of March.
I've been overweight for some time and work has always been my excuse. Without a job there was no longer a reason to not workout and get fit.
Not sure I love it yet. My body is getting used to the changes and stresses I'm putting on it and it's not happy at the moment. I intended to keep working at it until I do enjoy it though.
The mirror is a big help.
I've lost 25lb since the beginning of March 2011 and my chest is starting to look like it's owned by a man. ;)
